Remote sole proprietorship registration in Kyrgyzstan

Remote LLC registration
LLC registration in Kyrgyzstan is available both to citizens of EAEU countries and to foreigners. The Ministry of Justice carries out registration according to an established list of documents: a registration application, a resolution on establishing the company, copies of the founders’ passports, and other documents. Remote registration requires a power of attorney. The chosen company name must be checked for uniqueness on the Ministry of Justice website. There is no minimum charter capital requirement, and an LLC may have between 1 and 30 participants.

Remote branch or representative office registration
A branch of a foreign company in Kyrgyzstan performs the functions of, and protects the interests of, its parent organization. The Ministry of Justice oversees their establishment and may close them in case of violations. Representative offices do not acquire legal-entity status and cannot obtain a license to provide services. Registration takes up to 3 business days.
