Self-Registration of an Individual Entrepreneur (IE) in Kyrgyzstan
Step 1: Application Submission
- Obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Register your residential address
- Complete the IE registration application
You can submit the application either via Public Service Centers or through the state e-government portal.
Required Documents:
- Passport or another valid ID
- Taxpayer Identification Number (INN)
- Payment receipt for the state registration fee
Step 2: Tax Registration
- After submitting the application and required documents, your IE will be registered with the Tax Service
- You will receive a Certificate of State Registration
Step 3: Opening a Bank Account
- You can open a business account in any commercial bank in Kyrgyzstan
Registration of a Limited Liability Company (LLC/OsOO) with bank account in Kyrgyzstan
Founding Documents:
- Charter of the LLC
- Founders’ resolution on the creation of the LLC
- If multiple founders: a founding agreement
Application Submission:
- Complete the LLC registration application
- Submit via Public Service Centers or the e-government portal
Required Documents:
- LLC Charter
- Resolution (minutes) of the founders’ meeting
- Passports of the founders
- Payment receipt for the state registration fee
Tax Registration:
- Once documents are submitted, the LLC will be registered with the Tax Service
- You will receive a Certificate of State Registration
Account in the Bank:
- Open a business account in any commercial bank in Kyrgyzstan
Social Security Registration:
- Register your LLC with the Social Fund to pay contributions for employees
